QAM-to-QAM Regenerative Repeater

GQ-3640 is a QAM-to-QAM regenerative repeater with frequency shifting option. It can receive 2 DVB-C signal from its RF inputs, for demodulating, TS passing through, channel coding and finally output 1[1] QAM signals at adjacent channels. GQ-3640 can be used in the reginal edge headend systems, to improve RF signal quality from the succeeding system and perform QAM frequency shifting according to regioanl network needs, for ensuring signal quality and stability in long distance transmission.

Main Features:

  • Support ITU-T J.83 Annex A QAM modulation with output frequency range of 30MHz~860MHz
  • Equipped with 2 RF inputs and 2 loop-out ports
  • 1 QAM output with signal coming from either RF input
  • Output level: 98dBuV~118dBuV (single channels, step size = 0.25dB)
  • Support gain fine-tuning for in band level balancing, adjustable range: -2.5~10.5dB
  • Provide - 20dB RF test output
  • Filter circuit tracking design to ensure excellent out-of-band rejection
  • LCD front panel for status checking and device configuration
  • Equipped with serial port for working status monitoring and software upgrading
